1 Year Old!

Laura is 1 Year Old!!!  Laura is 28" long and 24 lbs 12 oz. Apparently she has not grown in the last 4 months as this is the same as her 9 month check up.

This past month Laura:

-started fully walking on her own; she is very stable on her feet and tots around anywhere she wants to go;
-started responding and listening to "no" (thank goodness....) and has learned to shake her head side-to-side when saying or hearing "no", well.... most of the time;
-started daycare!! (Feb 3rd was her first day, on which she did okay..there were some tears, but on day 2 she did not do very well, and then on day 3, 4 and 5 she stayed home sick with a stomach flu)
-likes playing with balls and cardboard boxes

We had some 1st Year Photos professionally taken of Laura this month and, of course we brought along Mr. Crumble...
